Lesley has worked with executives and high-performing women for more than 12 years through her business, Resume Makeover, guiding women to overcome professional barriers and achieve high levels of success—including in the boardroom. She is master’s-educated and holds both the Certified Executive Resume Writer (CERW) and Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) credentials. She is also the author of Madness to Manifestation: From Breakdown to Breakthrough.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Lesley is happily married to her ideal partner of more than 10 years. She manifested her dream partner—and even a marriage proposal—in less than a year, when she was least expecting it. This personal experience has shaped her belief that women can pursue ambitious careers while also cultivating deeply fulfilling relationships and a life that feels aligned with who they truly are.
